What you'll do
• Write coding tasks that cover feature work and bug fixes
• Create deterministic checks that distinguish working code from incorrect implementations
• Apply backend engineering experience to produce real-world AI training data
• Review coding tasks and model outputs against project rubrics and guidelines

• No AI experience needed.
