1% Club is an Australia-based business organisation involved in e-commerce, marketing, business development and product-distribution activities.

We are expanding our remote team and are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Business Development Associates.

The successful candidate will work directly with our team and receive appropriate orientation and training relating to the role.

Position Overview

The Business Development Associate will assist with business-development, marketing, customer-engagement and e-commerce-related activities.

This position is suitable for candidates who are comfortable working remotely, communicating online and learning new business processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with business-development activities.
* Conduct basic market and business research.
* Support digital marketing and advertising activities.
* Assist with customer and business communications.
* Support e-commerce and product-distribution activities.
* Participate in online meetings and training sessions.
* Maintain accurate business information and records.
* Follow established processes and standard operating procedures.
* Communicate progress and relevant information to the team.
* Contribute ideas to improve business-development and marketing activities.

Training and Selection Process

The selection process consists of:

Compensation

Compensation will be discussed with shortlisted candidates based on the responsibilities and agreed working arrangement.

Working Hours

The position may be available on either a part-time or full-time basis.

Part-time: approximately 2–3 hours per day.

Full-time: approximately 7–9 hours per day.

The exact schedule will be agreed with the successful candidate.

International Events

1% Club may organize international business conferences and events from time to time. Participation may depend on the candidate's role and eligibility, and relevant details will be communicated separately.
