Are you a talented recruiter with experience in the financial sector? We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter to join our team and support our hiring efforts in Bucharest, Romania. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for leading financial firms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage top talent in the financial services industry.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Utilize various recruitment tools, platforms, and networking strategies to attract the best candidates.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the financial industry.
• Strong knowledge of hiring trends and requirements in the finance, and fintech sectors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using local job platforms and other out-of-the-box sourcing tools.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Romanian is a plus.
• Based in Bucharest or familiar with the local job market.
